Caring for Woollen Clothes

  • Let your garment rest for 24-hours before wearing again as the wool fibers will shed wrinkles and the garment will return to its original shape.
  • It is best to store your woollen garment gently folded in drawers. However, if you want to hang your garment then place it on shaped or padded hangers to avoid stretch marks from the hanger.
  • After wearing always empty your pockets and remove belts from the garment and hang with any closures zipped or buttoned.
  • After wearing gently brush your wool garment to remove surface oil or use a damp sponge for finer knits and fabrics.
  • To refresh wool garments quickly after wearing or unpacking simply hang them in a steamy bathroom as the moisture from the steam will remove wrinkles.
  • If wool gets wet, dry the garment at room temperature away from heat.
  • Always remove spots and stains promptly.
