How to Machine Wash Woollen Garments
If the care instruction label says you can machine wash your garment, for the best results use the following steps:
- Select gentle action and a short cycle
- Select a cool or lukewarm water temperature
- Use a mild soap or detergent which contains no bleach (if it is the powered soap, make sure it is completely dissolved before starting the cycle)
- Wash each garment separately
- Once clean, lightly brush your garment to restore its original appearance
- Dry garment in the shade and away from direct heat.
